Mr &Mrs walk leader
On a beautiful warm sunny morning Cunninghame ramblers met at Shalloch Park in Girvan for a 9 mile walk over Grey Hill to Pinbain and return on the Ayrshire coastal path. 20 of us left the car park to follow the track up the side of Byne Hill to the monument before heading out onto the moors to take us to the summit of Grey Hill. From here the views of Arran ,Ailsa Craig and a very distant Northern Ireland were being seen at their glorious best in the summer sunshine. Lunch on Pinbain Hill before dropping down steeply to pick up the Ayrshire coastal path back to Girvan. A most enjoyable day out once again with this friendly group who all thanked the walk leaders for their enthusiasm in putting together todays route.
