Lots of leaves on the old railway line.

(L to R) The teacher, deerstalker,Muggie,Miss Piggie,Traffic Commissioner,Madam Chair and teachers assistant.
Today Tuesday November 4th  I met up with 7 fellow ramblers to do, a recce walk for a possible future Cunninghame group outing. With myself elevated to the title of walk leader we started off on the old railway line through Culzean estate crossing the road and climbed to the summit of Mochrum Hill. At the top as it was a very clear sunny day so we were able to see as far as  Northern Ireland. The route down from the top took us through some fairly muddy paths back to Culzean onto the shore and finally our cars parked at the Maidens foreshore.. Excellent company on a reasonably stiff 10 mile walk completed in glorious sunshine with lots of jovial banter between the walkers.Thanks.

PS The horse LOST!!!!
