River Ayr walk. January 2013.

Scottish crutches.

Today Wednesday January 2nd 2013 Anne and I took the car to Auchencruive to hopefully meet up with ADRC who were having their traditional walk up the River Ayr to Annbank . As we had not informed anyone of our intentions we walked up the river path as far as the picnic benches where I thought the group may stop for lunch but as usual the best laid plans did not work out so we finished just walking back to the car which in total was a distance of about 1 mile so I am  steadily increasing the distance I feel comfortable with.
